The purpose of the Virginia Community College Tobacco Scholarship Program is to provide tuition assistance to certain persons who are now or were formerly associated with the tobacco industry. This scholarship program is designed as a “last dollar” program after all other tuition aid has been exhausted. All awards are subject to available funding and applicants must be full-time students. Part-time students will be considered after all full-time students have been awarded and as funding permits. For more information on the Virginia Tobacco Scholarship, click here.
