Purpose and Institutional Commitment

Mountain Empire Community College (MECC) is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive educational environment that supports student learning and well-being. In accordance with state and federal requirements and institutional policy, hazing in any form is strictly prohibited. This report is published to ensure transparency and accountability regarding reported hazing activity during the designated reporting period.
