MECC Financial Aid Advisors are available to help you complete your 2021-2022 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Please register for an appointment below.
The 2021-2022 FAFSA is required to receive financial aid for the Summer 2021, Fall 2021 and/or Spring 2022 semesters. If you are applying for financial aid for Spring semester 2021, you will need to complete the 2020-2021 FAFSA as well.
To prepare for your appointment please:
- Create and have your FSA ID (and that of a parent, if applicable) available for use during the meeting. To create your id, please go to https://studentaid.gov/help/create-fsa-id/

If you are unsure about whether you will be considered dependent or independent for the FAFSA application, please visit https://studentaid.gov/apply-for-aid/fafsa/filling-out/dependency.
Upon completion of the application, you may be required to submit additional documentation before your award can be finalized. Please be sure to check your student email and your MyMECC ‘To Do’ list regularly.
