150     MUS 150 – OLD TIME STRING BAND (3 Crs) – Introduces the student to the history and performance of traditional old time string band music of the central Appalachian region with topics on musicians, instrumentation, regional influences, and tunes. Lecture 2 hours. Laboratory 2 hours. Total 4 hours per week.
