Look Up Your Username/Forgot Password

Click the Forgot Password/Forgot Username option on MECC Online

If you have the 5 security questions set, please use Forgot Username or Forgot Password and follow the prompts. 

 

If you Do Not have the 5 security questions set, please use the Advance Password Reset Tool by clicking the “Forgot Password” option. 

*Note: Users need to have a mobile number or personal e-mail in Student Information System (SIS) in order to receive a temporary password with the advance password reset tool.

Statement of Compliance Concerning Password Resets of the MECC Online

According to FERPA standards §99.31 Identification and Authentication of Identity,  a student requesting their username either by phone, chat, or other remote means must provide the answer to the security questions. If a student cannot provide the answer to their security questions, they must request their username in person, send a signed copy of their driver’s license or photo id by mail or fax, or have their username mailed to their home address that is on file in the SIS system.
