Real Estate Management and Investment workshop available free to small business owners on June 10

A Real Estate Management and Investment workshop will be held Tuesday, June 10, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Southwest Virginia Technology Development Center in Lebanon and via video conference at the Pioneer Center in Duffield.

This workshop, co-sponsored by Mountain Empire Community College's Small Business Development Center, is designed for small-business owners and other professionals who want to grow their businesses and is targeted to individuals who need help in starting their business and are looking to build skills in marketing, management, human resource, finance, and property management to run a profitable and stable business.

The June 10 workshop focuses on understanding real estate investment analysis from a small-property perspective and is intended as an introduction to investment analysis.
