| MECC AMERICORPS! HURRY! Only a few positions left! Serving in AmeriCorps is a great way to make a difference, for yourself and for our communities! Students from all fields of study are encouraged to apply. Be a literacy tutor and mentor for children in grades K to 3rd in local schools. Receive a Living Allowance of $213.46 (minus taxes) every two weeks; a scholarship of $250 this fall and $250 this spring. Upon successful completion of service: an Education Award of $2,362.50 goes into trust for your use. Application is available online and in G232.
